Kuttu Ka Paratha-Buckwheat Paratha-Kuttu Ki Roti
This is an gluten free flat Indian breads made with buckwheat flour and mashed potatoes.Making kuttu ka paratha is similar to making makki ki roti or bajra roti. for making rotis, you roll it slightly thin and for making parathas you can roll slightly thick. you can also use a mix of kuttu ka atta and singhare ka atta to make these rotis.This healthy recipe made for navratri upvas recipe.apart from this flour rajgira atta and singhare ka atta are also allowed at vrat ke time.But comparision of these three kuttu ka atta is very flexible and easy to work with this.

In a bowl take kuttu ka atta and rock salt.Add mashed potatoes and sweet potato.Mix well with fingers.Now add little water at a time start kneading the dough.It will come together very easily.
Buckwheat Paratha Recipe:
Now divide dough into equal portions and make smooth balls and flatten them between palm.start rolling using rolling pin into 5-6 inch diameter circle.Roll very gently.while your rolling heat tawa on medium heat.Now lift very gently and put on hot tawa.let it cook for 2 seconds.once you see brown dots on at the bottom side,flip it and cook another side and apply the ghee or oil.remove from tawa and serve hot with Dahi aloo or Vrat ki kadhi.Repeat the same process for rest of parathas.
