1/2 cup butter
1 1/2 tbsp garlic powder or paste or 3 cloves crushed
1 tbsp dried parsley
3 breads or hot dogs , cut into half slices
1 cup mozzarella cheese
Pepper powder as required(optional)
2 tbsp Mixed herbs
salt as required


In a bowl or pan add Melted butter and add garlic powder/paste/cloves crushed,dried parsley mix well.If you used salted butter don't add salt,if you used unsalted butter then add salt as per required.Mixed the ingredients very well.Now take bread slices or hot dog slices spread the mixture evenly on the slices.

How to Make Garlic Bread Without Oven:


Heat the pan or griddle or tawa in high flame when it become hot reduce the flame and place the sliced bread,covered with lid.Keep Roasting until bread slices will become light brown and sprinkle mozzarella cheese,Pepper powder,Mixed herbs whatever you like.cook well.If you want to make more crispy toasted texture for bread slices keep some more time on flame only.switch off the flame.Serve it as hot only.

How to Make Garlic Bread With Oven:


Preheat oven to 200 degrees c (400 degrees f).place the bread slices on the medium aluminum sheet on try and bake for 8 to 10 min till they crisped. Sprinkle with mozzarella cheese and any remaining butter mixture. Return to oven approximately 5 minutes, or until cheese is melted and bread is lightly browned.sprinkle the herbs which you want.serve immediately.

For garlic bread dough:

¼ cup warm milk/Water
1 tsp dry yeast / any yeast
1 tsp sugar
pinch of salt
3 cloves garlic, finely chopped
¾ tsp oregano(as per required)
1 tsp unsalted butter, at room temperature
1 cup plain flour / maida / all purpose flour
2 tsp oil

For garlic butter:

¼ cup butter, melted
3 cloves garlic, finely chopped
2 tbsp coriander leaves, finely chopped
other ingredients:
3 tbsp plain flour / maida / all purpose flour, to dust
¼ cup mozzarella cheese / any cheese of choice
2 tsp chili flakes
1 tsp oregano
1 tsp mixed herbs

Garlic dough preparation:

In a bowl take warm milk/warm water ,and add dry yeast,sugar dissolved,rest for 5 minutes.after 5 mins add pinch of salt, garlic and oregano and add butter and plain flour/ maida / all purpose flour.Now start to knead the dough.Coat the dough with oil and rest for 2 hours.

Garlic bread preparation:

Now punch the dough.Take a small bowl mix in butter, garlic and coriander leaves.spread the prepared garlic butter over the dough generously.Make a top with mozzarella cheese on half of the dough and also season with chili flakes and oregano.Now fold the dough and seal the edges.Brush generous amount of prepared garlic butter.And also top with chili flakes and mixed herbs.make marks over bread without cutting them fully.

Preheat pressure cooker without gasket and whistle but with pressure cooker lid on for 5 minutes. Preheat in medium flame,do not add water.Grease the cooking pan with olive oil or melted butter generously.Spread sooji rava/sand/salt all over the plate.Apply melted butter on both sides of the garlic bread.Apply more butter to the bottom side of the garlic bread as we are going to cook that side first.Place  the garlic bread dough on the cooking pan with the cutted side up.Open the pressure cooker after preheated.Remove the cooker lid and put a wire stand a bowl/plate .Place the cooking pan on top of the perforated plate. Make sure that cooking pan does not touch the cooker directly on any side.Take a thick steel lid , Close the cooking pan alone with the lid. You should not close the entire cooker(dont use whistle or any gasked),as it might damage the cooker.Cook it in medium flame for 10 minutes. The bottom of the garlic bread start changing into golden brown color. Make sure that do not wait till the whole side to change in golden brown color.keep checking once after 10 minutes.Cook until you can see golden brown spots here and there.Take the cooking pan outside carefully. Take out the garlic breadsticks.Apply butter generously on the top of the garlic bread which have cuts.Turn the garlic bread upside down.Cook the bread till the top becomes golden brown.

In oven :

place the dough in oven, Bake in preheated oven at 180 degree celsius for 15 minutes.Cut the garlic bread into pieces and serve hot.
